Co-founder & Executive Director

Elizabeth Owusu Boadi is a customer service expert with over a decade of experience in customer service in both the banking and telecom sectors. She is also a strategist, impact communicator, and event planner.

Elizabeth joined ABSA Bank after her first degree in 2007 and later moved on to join SCANCOM PLC (MTN GHANA) in October 2006, where she is currently working.

She is the co-founder and executive director of BANEL International, a company that offers strategy solutions to small and medium-scale businesses and training in customer experience.

Elizabeth is synonymous with the word ‘impact.’ Through programs such as ASPIRE and START&SCALE BOOTCAMP, she focuses on grooming and changing the mindset of entrepreneurs and young professionals through business strategy, counseling, mentorship, and leadership advice to help them realize their full potential in entrepreneurship.

She is also the board chair for Hearts Wide Open Foundation, an NGO that focuses on supporting people in the areas of education, health, and jobs.

Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing Option) from Wisconsin International University-College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Option) from the Methodist University College.

Elizabeth Owusu Boadi is committed to celebrating, developing, and inspiring women and young adults, as well as providing corporate training needs in entrepreneurship and customer service. She is a firm believer in Christ and inspires many young women through the Gospel and her faith in God.

She is married with three children.
